Aticeo advised TVH Consulting (France) on the cross-border acquisition of Algoritmia (Spain). This transaction was effective as of 1st March 2023.
The objective: to create a consolidated integrator of market-leading Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. By combining the companies’ strengths, the highest levels of certification for both Microsoft and SAP, and best-in-class services including cyber-security, will be available to all clients. The new entity will have a turnover of circa €50 million.
The dialogue between, on one hand, Ahmed and Eric, President and General Manager of TVH respectively, and on the other hand Toni, CEO of Algoritmia, fostered a well-balanced and ambitious agreement. This lays the ground for further sustainable expansion. The partnership will allow them all to offer innovative services to new and existing clients.
